Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned products must be in their original condition: unopened, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
Return Process
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all protective materials.

Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to process to your account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For eligible items, exchanges are available for size, color, or product defects. Follow the same process as returns, but specify that you prefer an exchange and indicate your preferred replacement item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened blind boxes (including POPMART, Sonny Angel, and other mystery boxes)
- Opened Butterbear products
- Earphone cases that have been used
- Personalized or custom items
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
