We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Due to the nature of collectible items, Blind Boxes and Butterbear products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, as the mystery element is integral to the collecting experience.

Order Process

When you place an order:

• You receive an order confirmation email acknowledging we’ve received your order
• Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept when we send a shipping confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment at our discretion

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods:

Your payment card will be charged when your order is shipped. For pre-order items, your card may be charged at the time of order or when the item ships, as specified in the product description.

Shipping

We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote areas. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping (US$12.95): Processed via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over US$50, processed via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for return:

• Products must be in original condition: unopened, unused, with all original packaging intact
• Blind boxes and Butterbear products cannot be returned once opened
• Earphone cases that have been used cannot be returned
• Personalized or custom items cannot be returned

Return Process

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Our customer service will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
4. Securely package the item in its original packaging

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
